Montagna con Forza, the first part of an upcoming “quatrology” of movies, is a unique presentation that combines classical music, fiction, drama and nature. Around a beautiful lake in the midst of the untouched and dramatic landscape of Northern Norway, we follow a wooden boat’s venture across the lake. In the course of its journey, one can absorb the vast array of temperate sensations and beautiful harmonies from this unique landscape.

The Norwegian Radio Orchestra, conducted by Ari Rasilainen, performs two piano concertos and two symphonic poems. Piano soloists are Joachim Knoph and Wolfgang Plagge. "Montagna con Forza" was selected to screening at Tromsø International Film Festival 2003 - in the category "SPECIAL SCREENINGS".

The DVD comes in a DigiPak together with an Audio CD containing the original music by Fred Jonny Berg. As special features, the DVD presents the documentary “A Symbiophony Making”.
